Laura joined Health Data Research UK (HDR UK) in September 2023 as Internal Communications Officer to help shape HDR UK’s internal communications strategy by deepening the engagement of staff, members and partners.
Her previous experience includes working in the charity sector on a range of communications priorities including internal comms, audience development, branding, campaigns and PR. Laura is accustomed to working in environments where the stakeholder structure is complex and nuanced, and is channelling her interest in building strong, engaged teams into this role.
In her spare time Laura enjoys singing in her village choir, reading, yoga and walking the Ridgeway, which is situated close to her home in Oxfordshire.
